Need help with a claim, account, location permission, notifications, privacy controls, or account deletion? Email us and include the device model, iOS version, and a short description of what happened.
Common Fixes
- Location claims require iOS location permission and a current fix near the summit.
- Only one active flag can be held at a time.
- Photos are optional and can be removed before planting.
- Privacy, notification, blocked user, and account deletion controls live in app settings.
- Use Report or Block and Report from a profile or feed item's safety menu. KOTH aims to review safety reports within 24 hours.
