KOTH Terms of Use and Community Safety Rules

Effective date: July 20, 2026

These Terms govern your use of KOTH. You must review and accept them before creating or accessing a signed-in KOTH account. If you do not agree, you may use only the unsigned exploration features that KOTH makes available.

Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content and Abuse

KOTH has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not upload, publish, promote, or direct at another person content that is threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, fraudulent, illegal, dangerous, or otherwise abusive. You may not impersonate another person, encourage self-harm, expose private information, or use KOTH to endanger others.

User Content

User content includes display names, profile images, claim photos, and other material submitted through KOTH. You are responsible for your content and must have the right to share it. KOTH may filter, limit, remove, retain as evidence, or disclose content when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, or comply with law.

Report and Block

Use the Report control on a profile or feed item to flag objectionable content or conduct. A report immediately hides that user's activity from your feed while it is reviewed. Use Block and Report to also prevent further social interaction with that user. Blocking automatically sends a safety report to KOTH.

Review and Enforcement

KOTH aims to review reports of objectionable content within 24 hours. When a violation is found, KOTH may remove the content and warn, restrict, suspend, disable, or permanently eject the responsible user. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate suspension. Knowingly false or abusive reports may also result in enforcement.

Outdoor Safety

KOTH does not guarantee trail, access, terrain, or weather conditions. Follow closures, posted rules, and applicable law; respect private property; carry appropriate equipment; and use your own judgment. Do not trespass or take unsafe actions to plant a flag.

Account and Service

You are responsible for activity through your account. KOTH may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Material updates may require you to review and accept a new version before continuing with signed-in features.
